Online Application and Submission of Application Requirements: DECEMBER 6, 2024 - TBA
Interview Schedule: Applicants will be notified once their complete applications have been received and verified.
Release of Results: The release of the list of qualified applicants will be conducted on a monthly basis, continuing until the full quota for the batch is reached.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have completed any baccalaureate degree.
- Must be of good moral character and has no criminal record or final conviction of a crime.
- Has a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% and above or its equivalent conversion based on BU standard.
- Has a National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) score of not lower than 65 percentile which must have been taken within 2 years prior to admission to the College.
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Properly accomplished College of Medicine Application Form (CM-AF).

Original official Transcript of Records of the applicant's Baccalaureate Program.
(If the student cannot submit this requirement for valid reasons, a certification of grades up to the first semester of the last academic year prior to graduation should be submitted instead).
Additional requirements for Filipino applicants who studied outside the Philippines:- 1. Philippine Embassy-authenticated/apostilled original copies of the Transcript of Records.
- 2. All documents must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the country of residence/origin.
- Original copy of Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA);
- Four (4) copies of 2x2 picture with the applicant's nametag and signature in front.
- Original copy and an electronic copy of the NMAT result showing the whole email sent by Center for Educational Measurement, Inc.
- Proof of Nationality (original copy of PSA Certificate of Birth);
- NBI Clearance;
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of one parent or both parents if applicable.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from authorized representative of the institution previously attended by the applicant.
- Letter of Recommendation from two (2) former professors
- Application fee of Php 1,500.00 (non-refundable);
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION
- Click the "APPLY NOW" button below to input the required information for your BUCM application.
- After submitting, check your email inbox (and spam folder) for your application form and submission instructions.
- Pay the non-refundable Php 1,500 at the University Cashier located at Gate 1, Ground floor of the Ricardo A. Arcilla Bldg. (Administration Bldg or "White House"). A representative can pay on your behalf, but they must present your BUCM Application Form, NMAT Result, and the Order of Payment Form.
- Secure all other required documents and submit them through the link provided.
- Once the BUAO staff completes the verification process, you will receive an email notification confirming that your application is complete or requesting additional documents.
- Wait for a notice regarding the interview schedule, which will be sent via email or SMS from the BUCM Admissions Committee.
- Report to the interview venue on the scheduled day and present your official receipt.
